By this warning, Hijos de Cipriano Castelló Alfonso, Ltd. having its Legal Address at Avenida Manuel Escobedo, 15, 12200 Onda-Castellón, Spain, registered under the e-mail elmolino@elmolino.es, hereinafter referred to as El molino, informs the users of its various websites, hereinafter referred to as Users and Website, about its personal data protection policy, hereinafter referred to as Private Data, so that Users can decide freely and without being coerced if they wish to share their Personal Data with El molino. This data may be requested or obtained from the Users when they register or use some of the services offered by El molino through or at its website. El molino reserves its rights to change the present Privacy Terms & Conditions in order to update them in accordance with new laws and Precedents and industry practises. In such cases, El molino will announce the changes introduced within a reasonable time frame on this page.

Files and forms registry

In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999, from the 13th of December, for Personal Data Protection, we hereby state that Personal Data obtained as a consequence of your registration as a User will be added to a file owned by El molino, C.I.F. B12004818, Legal Address Avenida Manuel Escobedo, 15 - 12200 Onda – Castellón (Spain), having the security measures implemented to them according to the Royal Decree 1720/2007, from the 21st of December.

Accuracy and truthfulness of data provided

The User guarantees that the Personal Data provided to Santos is truthful. The User is responsible for providing notice of any changes to his/her Personal Data.


El molino can use cookies when a User navigates through its websites and web pages. The cookies that can be used at the websites and web pages of the Portal are exclusively associated to the browser and device used (anonymous User). The cookies themselves cannot provide the name and surname of the User. Cookies enable El molino to recognize the browsers of registered Users once they have registered for the first time, in order not to have to register each time to access the areas and services reserved exclusively for them. The cookies used cannot read the cookie files created by other providers. The User has the option of configuring his/her browser in order to receive a warning when cookies are received and to prevent cookies from being installed on the hard drive. Please refer to the instructions and user manual of your browser for more information on cookies. The User is not obliged to allow cookies to be installed in order to access the El molino website, it being understood that in this case the User will have to register as a User each time a service that requires previous User registration is accessed. The cookies used by El molino websites and web pages can be provided by El molino, in which case they are sent from the various servers operated by the company, or by servers of third parties that provide the company with services and generate their cookies on behalf of El molino (e.g., the cookies used to deliver advertising or certain content and allow the user to visualise the advertising or certain content in the time, number of times or manner defined previously). If the option to block cookies is not selected by the User, the hard drive can be searched by the User according to the OS User's Guide (usually, when using Windows OS, access the Local Disk C: (or the corresponding Disk Unit) /Windows/Cookies) to view the details of each server from which the cookies are sent.


The collection and processing of personal data is aimed at maintaining the contractual relationship established with El molino, the management, administration, provision, expansion and improvement of services in which you decide to subscribe, register or use, the adequacy of those services to the preferences and tastes of users, the study of the use of services by users, the design of new services related to such services, the sending of service updates, and the sending, by traditional and Electronic means, of technical, operational and commercial information about products and services offered by El molino and/or by Third Parties, now and in the future. The aim of the automated collection and handling of Personal Data also includes sending non-mandatory surveys.


El molino may transfer, in this case, Personal Data to companies with the same purposes that it has indicated for the collection of Personal Data on behalf of El molino relating to its respective products and services. In accordance with the Privacy Policy, companies that have direct or indirect Legal Agreements with El molino are also considered. Moreover, in certain cases, they may transfer Personal Data to third parties. In such cases, Users will be clearly informed by the Personal Data collecting forms, together with the ID of the company transferring the rights and the Third Party itself, the kind of activity performed and the purpose of the transfer. The User may at any time use his/her rights to contest any or all of the aforementioned transfers.

In order to exercise your right to access, correct, cancel and contest data, write to El molino - Quiroga Palacios, 24 - 15703 Santiago de Compostela – A Coruña (Spain) Ref. [LOPD]. To exercise your rights according to the Data Protection Agency Instruction 1/1998, from the 19th of January, you must confirm your identity to El molino by submitting a copy of your ID or any other legal document that can be used as proof of identity.

Security Measures

El molino has adopted the security levels and measures to protect the personal data within its system and files and the technical means to guarantee the confidential handling and avoid the loss, alteration and access of the data. El molino cannot be held responsible for possible damage and loss that could be caused by interferences, omissions, interruptions, viruses, telephone damage or connection failures in the operation of this electronic system, for reasons beyond the control of El molino; delays to or blocking of the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or phone line overloads or Data Processing Centres overloads, within the Internet system or within other electronic systems, and also damage that may be caused by a Third Party through illegal intrusion out of the control of El molino.

Acceptance and Consent

The User declares having been informed of the terms and conditions regarding the protection of person data, and accepts and consents to automated processing by El molino, in accordance with and for the aims described by this Privacy Statement.
